1. Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software that has been opened or activated.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

3. Return Process:

  • Contact customer support to initiate the return.
  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Securely package the item and include the RMA number.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for opened or used items.
