- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Software that has been opened or activated.
- Customized or special-order items.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
3. Return Process:
- Contact customer support to initiate the return.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package the item and include the RMA number.
4. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for opened or used items.
